For those people who want to work on creating and practising daily (or at least regular) habits, we use the HabitShare app.
It’s available on iOS and Android. You can download it to your smartphone here.
It enables you to decide on the daily habits that you want to do and, if you want to work on your habits with a friend or friends, you can add them so that they can see what you’re achieving and help you to keep accountable. If they add the same habit on their app and invite you, you can work on it together.
Of course, we can all be working on our own habits whilst sharing them so that we can support each other; we don’t have to be working on the same habits!
